Overview All orders are handcrafted and shipped from our workshop in Guadalajara, Jalisco, México. Please allow additional processing time as each piece is made by hand.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase. Custom and personalized orders may require additional production time. You will be notified by email once your order has shipped.

Shipping to the United States We ship to all 50 US states via UPS. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. All US orders include free shipping.

Please note: orders ship from México and transit through US customs before reaching your address. This is reflected in the estimated delivery window above.

Shipping to México We ship nationwide within México via UPS. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after processing.

Customs & Import Duties Our products ship from México. For US customers, our shipments are classified as decorative accessories and handled accordingly through customs. Western Buckles Co. is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing. We are not responsible for additional fees imposed by customs authorities, though these are rare for our product category.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a UPS tracking number via email. You can track your order at ups.com.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@thewesternbuckles.com. We will work with UPS to locate your shipment. Western Buckles Co. is not responsible for delays caused by UPS, weather, or customs beyond our control.

Incorrect Address Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. Western Buckles Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address. Address changes after an order has shipped may not be possible.
