Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom and personalized gun grips are made to order and are final sale. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on custom orders unless the item arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error on our part. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged due to a manufacturing error, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. To be eligible, you must:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@thewesternbuckles.com
  • Provide clear photos of the defect or damage
  • Return the item in its original packaging (if requested)

    Western Buckles Co. will cover all return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.

    Non-Defective Returns

    For standard (non-custom) items returned due to buyer preference or error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Refund Process

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If you have not received your refund after this period, please check with your bank or card issuer before contacting us.

    Sale Items

    Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale an

    Exchanges

    We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item due to a manufacturing defect, contact us at hello@thewesternbuckles.com.
