4. Custom & Personalized Orders Custom orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or cancellations on custom or personalized items once production has begun. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

5. Pricing & Availability All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our sole discretion. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing.

6. Payment We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We never store your credit card information.

7. Shipping & Delivery Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary by destination. Western Buckles Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

8. Returns & Refunds All returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
