SHIPPING POLICY

Every Western Buckles Co. piece is handcrafted to order in Mexico, where our family has made fine western grips since 1984. We currently ship to the United States and Mexico.

HANDCRAFTING TIME (made to order)
Because each pair is custom-made for you — not pulled off a shelf — please allow 20–25 business days for your piece to be crafted before it ships. Fine work takes time, and yours is worth the wait.

SHIPPING TIME (after crafting)
Once your piece is finished and ships from our workshop:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Mexico: 3–5 business days

Total estimated time from order to delivery in the U.S. is approximately 5–6 weeks. We'll keep you posted along the way.

FREE U.S. SHIPPING — NO CUSTOMS SURPRISES
We offer free standard shipping to all United States addresses, on every order. Any import duties are covered by us — you'll never face a surprise customs fee at delivery.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as your piece hasn't entered production. After that, your piece is already being handcrafted and cannot be cancelled (see our Refund Policy).

TRACKING
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier's system.

LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If your tracking shows no movement or your package doesn't arrive, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll resolve it right away.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your piece arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — see our Refund Policy for full details on remakes and refunds.

DELAYS
Customs processing, weather, or carrier delays can occasionally extend delivery. We monitor every shipment and will reach out proactively if anything comes up.
