SHIPPING POLICY

At Western Buckles Co., every piece is handcrafted to order in Mexico since 1984. We ship worldwide with a focus on the United States, where most of our community lives.

Processing Time
Each grip is made by hand and requires 7-15 business days for crafting before shipping. Custom designs may require additional time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery
- United States: 5-10 business days via tracked courier
- Mexico: 3-5 business days
- International: 10-20 business days

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping to all United States addresses on every order.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear in the carrier system.

Delays
Customs holds, weather events, or carrier delays may extend delivery times. We monitor every shipment and will contact you proactively if any issue arises.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will resolve it immediately.
