The eagle devouring the serpent is the emblem of a promise fulfilled, and against a dark ground it reads the way it does on an old coin. Here it is 24K gold-plated and raised over black-nickel plating with hand-engraved shading, accented with green and red artisan resin, every finish laid over an alpaca silver alloy base and cut by hand in our Guadalajara workshop, where the family has been making western pistol grips since 1984.
