Two nations on one pistol: the Mexican coat of arms on one panel, the Great Seal of the United States on the other — the story of everyone who carries both. Each medallion is struck in silver-plated relief and set into a hand-engraved 24K gold-plated field, with the two flags laid in hand-poured artisan resin below and divided by silver-plated fillets. Every piece is finished over alpaca silver alloy at the family workshop in Guadalajara, where the Ortiz family has worked since 1984. Fits the Colt 1911 Full-Size, .45 ACP, .38 Super, Kimber 9mm 1911 and Rock Island.
