The Centenario — Mexico's fifty-peso gold coin, struck for the centenary of independence and still the standard of Mexican goldwork. The Angel is raised in 24K gold-plating over a black nickel-plated field, with hand-poured cobalt blue resin worked into the openwork, all over an alpaca silver alloy base. Made by hand in our Guadalajara workshop, in the family trade since 1984. Fits the Colt 1911 Full-Size — .45 ACP, .38 Super, Kimber 9mm 1911, Rock Island.
